The University of Baltimore Center for Technology Commercialization (UB-CTC) is a leading institution in teaching, research and consulting in Technology Commercialization, and an award winning program of the Merrick School Business, University of Baltimore.

The UB-CTC trains MBA, Law and Liberal Arts students in Technology Commercialization through hands on, experiencial learning, with actual technologies. The UB-CTC assists in the development and commercialization interests of the State of Maryland by assisting in technology commercialization and by providing the state's economy with a steady stream of professional graduates knowledgeable in technology commercialization.

The coorperation between the faculties of the Merrick School of business, the Univeristy of Balitmore School of Law and other programs results a special approach to developing comprehensive business plan. The Law School has a Concentration in Intellectual Property Law that provides faculty and students especially prepared for work on CTC projects.
